Members of the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, may conveniently pay their outstanding membership subscription through online mode by following the procedure outlined below.

Step 1: Ascertain the Amount Payable

Before making any payment, members are requested to ascertain:

• The amount of subscription due;

• The period for which the subscription is outstanding.

 

This information may be obtained by any of the following methods:

• By personally visiting the Office of the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur;

• By sending an email to ngp.hcbaoffice@gmail.com; or

• By submitting an enquiry through the Contact Form available on this website.

 

Step 2: Make the Payment

After confirming the amount due, members may make payment through online mode using:

• The QR Code displayed here; or​

• Direct transfer to the High Court Bar Association bank account using the account details provided on this page.

Step 3: Intimate the Association of the Payment

After completing the payment, members are requested to intimate the Association by any one of the following methods:

(A) By Email

Send an email to ngp.hcbaoffice@gmail.com attaching a screenshot of the successful transaction. The screenshot should clearly display the Transaction ID (UTR/Reference Number) and other payment particulars.

(B) By Visiting the Office

Members may personally visit the Office of the Association and produce either:

• The payment screenshot on their mobile phone; or

• A printed copy of the payment confirmation.

 

Update of Membership Records

Upon verification of the payment, the concerned office staff of the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur, shall update the member's subscription records and acknowledge the payment for the relevant period.

• Members are advised to confirm the amount due before making any payment.

• Please preserve the transaction receipt or screenshot until the payment is duly reflected in the Association's records.
